Get Hands-On Help With a Hybrid Ministry Project

When You Add a Coach-led Learning Community to Your Existing Registration

If you're like most church leaders, you went to seminary and studied theology, the Bible, pastoral care, and preaching. If you were lucky, you might have had a course on stewardship. You never imagined that you would need to put worship and ministry online, come back to in-person gatherings, and then have to re-imagine how everything – both in-person and online – was done.

These current shifts weren’t on your radar or anyone else’s, which is why having a coach to help you navigate these changes is such a helpful next step. Previous iterations of this course haven’t included optional coaching, but the need for this kind of learning community is strong.

Go Deeper with Coaching

You've taken an important step by registering for our Hybrid Ministry course coming in January 2022. By adding coaching to your existing registration, you'll gain the hands-on help to:

  • Define hybrid ministry in the context of worship, faith formation, stewardship, church leadership, and other aspects of Christian community
  • Envision the shape of hybrid ministry in their own faith communities
  • Conceptualize hybrid ministry through a framework of collaboration, parity of experience, digital integration, and generosity
  • Identify the limits of hybrid ministry, when virtual engagement is unnecessary
  • Deploy coaching and change management techniques to address those who would prefer church to return to a pre-pandemic “normal”
